Wally Neese became CEO in 1998, following in the footsteps of Carl and Harold Neese. Under his leadership, Neese Sausage grew from a respected regional producer into one of North Carolina’s most recognized family-owned food brands.

Known across the company as the third-generation Sausage King, Wally has emphasized steady growth, practical investment, and preserving the recipes and standards that built the Neese name.

Wally continues to lead from the Asheville headquarters, working closely with operations, finance, quality, and food-service teams across North Carolina.
