Graham Neese represents the next generation of family leadership at Neese Sausage. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for plant coordination, production planning, and operational standards.

Graham has focused on practical improvements across the company’s North Carolina facilities, including packaging, staffing, and quality processes.

Working alongside Wally and Dan, Graham helps carry the Neese family’s tradition into its fourth generation while keeping the company grounded in its original standards.
